“Always…Patsy Cline” is more than a tribute to the legendary country singer who died tragically at age 30 in a plane crash in 1963. The show is based on a true story about Cline’s friendship with a fan from Houston named Louise Seger, who befriended the Star in a Texas honky-tonk in 1961, and continued a correspondence with Cline until her death.

The musical play, complete with down home country humor, a live band and even some audience participation, includes many of Patsy’s unforgettable hits such as Crazy, I Fall to Pieces, Sweet Dreams and Walking After Midnight…28 songs in all. The show’s title was inspired by Cline’s letters to Seger, which were consistently signed “Love ALWAYS… Patsy Cline.”

  • The Meeting: In 1961, Louise Seger met Patsy Cline at a Texas honky-tonk, where Patsy was performing

  • The Friendship: The two women hit it off instantly, leading to Patsy spending the night at Louise’s house and starting a loyal friendship.

  • The Correspondence: Patsy and Louise wrote to each other frequently, with Patsy signing her letters "Love ALWAYS... Patsy Cline".

  • The Music: The show is filled with Patsy's famous hits, including "Crazy," "I Fall to Pieces," "Sweet Dreams," and "Walking After Midnight".

  • The Tragedy: The story explores the brief but profound friendship that lasted until Patsy's untimely death in a plane crash in 1963

Seating Information

Seating for Honky Tonk Angels, will be table seating and we can accommodate up to 6 people at a table. We have used this method for our last few shows and events and it works great. If you are attending as a single ticket buyer or a couple or just 2 people in your party, we will most likely seat another single ticket buyer or couple or party of 2 at your table. We like to get at least 3 people to a table to maximize seating. If you are coming with a group, you can all sit at the same table together. If you have more than 6 people in your party, please purchase the number of tables you need or additional single tickets and we will do our best to seat you close together.

Bring a little extra Cha-Ching (cash) there will be a donation beverage bar (cash only) and we have a donation drawing every night.
