By sponsoring Blue Fire Theatre with a donation, you enable us to continue to provide quality entertainment and community programs that support our mission. Which is “is to enrich and contribute to our community through the performing arts.”  In return, you will be prominently promoted as an official Community Partner and a BFF.

There are two ways you can sponsor an event or program.:

  1. Provide a cash donation to underwrite the expenses of our shows and events.

  2. Provide in-kind product, such as food, supplies, costumes, equipment, or media time, or in-kindservice, such as graphic design or photography.


Sponsorship helps pay for:

  1. Show production rights- production rights and rental fees cost between $2,500 - $9,000 per show.

  2. Sets- set building and recreating materials like lumber, hardware, and paint cost about $8,000 per season.

  3. Costumes- average about $1000 per show.

  4. Technology- special lighting and sound effects, wireless microphones, and mechanical and animated props.

  5. Props- furniture and props used for productions.

  6. Equipment rental- special costumes, tools, and specialty items a show may need make the shows complete.

  7. The average cost to produce each show is $3000- $10,000. Your support helps us continue to make
    great shows possible!
