WAYS TO SPONSOR

By sponsoring Blue Fire Theatre with a sponsorship donation, you enable us to continue to provide quality entertainment and community programs that support our mission, "to enrich and contribute to our community through the performing arts.”  

In return, you will be prominently promoted as an official Community Partner and a BFF - Blue Fire Friend! 

There are two ways you can sponsor an event or program:

1. Provide a monetary sponsorship donation to underwrite the expenses of our shows and events.

2. Provide in-kind product, such as food, supplies, costumes, equipment, or media time, or in-kind services, such as printing, graphic design or photography etc...

WHAT DOES YOUR SPONSORSHIP PAY FOR? 

Sponsorship helps underwrite the cost of the production:

1. Show production rights- production rights and rental fees cost between $2,500 - $15,000 per show.

2. Sets- set building and materials like lumber, hardware, and paint cost between $2000 - $8,000 per season.

3. Costumes- average about $500 - $2000 per show.

4. Technology- special lighting and sound effects, wireless microphones, and mechanical and animated props.

5. Props- furniture and props used for productions.

6. Equipment rental- special costumes, tools, and specialty items shows may need make them complete.

7. The average cost to produce each show is $3000- $15,000. Your support helps us continue to make great shows possible!

8. By sponsoring this show, you will help us give more of the proceeds to the Pinky's Promise and Micah's Place.
